Referred to as ‘The Bespoke App,’ this innovative tool has been meticulously developed by the company’s in-house team, offering employees at one of South Africa’s fastest-growing enterprises a secure, user-friendly, and collaborative platform.

Donovan Soobramoney, Director of Shared Services, elaborated on the rationale behind the app’s creation: “We aimed to create a unique technological solution that would enhance employee engagement, inclusivity, KPI performance, and foster staff retention. He stressed, “This isn’t just a standard intranet; we view it as an ‘Employee Relationship Management’ (ERM) tool, delivered through a user-friendly application that combines multiple features. The journey was undoubtedly challenging, but we successfully transformed our vision into reality.”
